A good presentation. The instructor demonstrated how he had incorporated audio files into his classes, from course lecture to week summaries. He also discussed student response to the audio segments and how it affected interpersonal communication (for example, online students felt as if they ‘knew’ him, and felt comfortable enough to call with questions and interact conversationally rather than formally because they had listened to his lectures so often).
