Hey, all! Welcome to Herding Cats & Barrels of Monkeys!

The wiki name is partially inspired by a presentation I attended while at the CiTE Conference in Denver (see the Herding Cats presentation in Conference Day 1 for more details) and the other half basically from one of my favorite expressions "more fun than a barrel of monkeys".

I also decided to update the wiki name after I discovered that the term 'cutting edge-ucation' was not only not a super-cool brand-new term straight from my imagination, but apparently had been used extensively -- even by NASA-- and was already years old. Bah. So onward and upward to Herding Cats & Barrels of Monkeys, which is a much more appropo title for life in general. Feel the zen of it all. :)

Anyone reading this who doesn't know me, I train faculty at a college, and I do the adjunct thing on occasion. I started this wiki to get my feet wet in the wiki-world, and see what it can do. Any other questions, feel free to ask.
